Education is a lifelong process that is not simply confined to school or college. Beginning the moment we are born we are students of life. School is an important component of learning because it provides a structured environment where students are able to interact with peers of about the same age as themselves. The teacher is a key element to the student's motivation. Inspiring the students to want to learn should be the goal. Often times in school it's hard to have that motive because it often feels like the only reason to do the work or do the reading is so that you do not fail. So it is important to make the education in schools enjoyable and productive.
